I consider Grandview Homes to be a great home builder. We love our Grandview Home and any and all of those "new house problems" we have had were fixed in a timely satifactory fashion.

This company puts "customer satifaction" at the top of their list in my opinion. Lots of companies advertise "customer satifaction" and "customer service" in their brochures but Grandview Homes makes those slogans come true.

Our family has been in our new Grandview Home for 5 months now. I can't tell you how pleased we are. Our building experience with Grandview Homes has been the complete opposite of what we went through with our last builder.

 

Our sales experience with Fred McMaster was completely without pressure, and we really appreciated his input. The after sales service has been very quick, even though we have had very minor concerns.

 

The house was completed on time, and beyond our expectations. Everyone who comes through our house comments on the excellent workmanship.

 

Having young children in the house, I have noticed that the trades' people working on the homes around us are courteous and very mindful of their language. They are also very tidy around the sites they are working on. I truly appreciate this.

 

Everyone involved in the building of our home, from the office staff to the trades' people and site supervisors have surpassed any of our expectations.

 

When anyone tells me they are building a new home, I quickly ask if it is a Grandview Home. We are all very proud to own a Grandview Home, and I commend you for having brought together so many skilled people.

I am writing to tell you how pleased my husband and I have been with our experience with Grandview Homes.

 

After purchasing our home and picking our upgrades, our youngest son was diagnosed with Asthma, Eczema and various dust related allergies. These serious conditions posed problems with some of our choices in the new house and the state of cleanliness our house would be in when we moved in.

 

When we called Valerie Yates to discuss our options and concerns she was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, without ever making us feel we were inconveniencing her. She put us in touch with our site supervisor John and he also was very accommodating and helpful. John assured us that our house would be thoroughly clean for our young child's health and he also suggested and tested the ventilation cleaners himself.

 

We appreciate the extraordinary service we received from these individuals and understand that in this day and age this kind of service has become scarce.

 

Bravo to you and your team for making our family feel like yours is a company that cares.
